In addition to our convenient on-line reservations form you can find after you have selected your hotel, if you prefer you can make your reservation or get information for a tour or hotel by phone. We can guide you to the tour or hotel that will make your trip your best ever.

After receiving your request, we will notify you of the confirmation via email, showing complete reservation details. If you approve, fax or email it back, and we will fax or email to you your voucher and receipt. For reservation requests originating outside of the U.S., we may ask you to fax or email with your confirmation form, a legible photocopy of both sides of your credit card. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED WITHOUT YOUR SPECIFIC APPROVAL FOR THE RESERVATION AFTER WE CONFIRM BACK TO YOU.
Reservations are made between Viajes Pacificos and LatinTrip, Inc. fully licensed and accredited travel providers in The United States, State of Florida, Seller of travel License #ST35323 located at 13876 SW 56 Street, #234, Miami, Florida 33175, toll free from the USA 1-800-811- 3077 from other countries call 1-305-386-0089 (in the USA), fax 1-786-312-1640 Email us at Email us at Reservations at Bolivias hotels reservations@bolivias-hotels.com and the hotel or tour operator. This requires a minimum lead time of 2 days from your initial request to check-in (we are not a booking engine/reservation service which confirms your reservation at rack rate). We confirm in real time with the hotel to give you the best rates possible.
You will receive a voucher for your entire stay, showing pre-payment to the hotel. Hotel room grades are run of the house. Not included are meals other than those specified, tips to guides, drivers or bellboys, any item of a purely personal nature, and any other item not specifically mentioned as included.
Cancellation fees may consist of a $25 fee charged by LatinTrip, Inc.. per hotel reserved if the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival. We do not charge for reservations that have been cancelled more than 72 hourrs before arrival.Hotels may additionly charge one room night if reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to check in. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Upon cancellation we will credit your credit card less any charges as mentioned here. To cancel you may contact reservations at reservations@Bolivia-hotels.com.
Travel insurance provides coverage for you for certain losses incurred such as concellations fees and penalties and other unforseen curcumstances. It is reasonable in price and it is highly recommended. If you would like to purchase this you may request it through us when making your reservation or use a number of reputable companies providing this service.
The responsibility of LatinTrip, Inc.is limited. to provide passengers with high quality travel services. While LatinTrip, Inc. takes great care in selecting suppliers, we do not control them and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions or those of their employees, agents or representatives. LatinTrip, Inc. will not be responsible for any act or omission, error, delay, loss, accident or injury to you or those traveling with you, caused by the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in providing services for which vouchers are issued. Neither will LatinTrip, Inc. be responsible for the expense, inconvenience or injury caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, hotel or airline overbooking, late arrival or departure of conveyance delays, strikes, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, accidents, sickness, weather conditions, theft, changes in itinerary or schedules, or passenger’s failure to obtain required documentation. The payment of the required deposit or partial or full payment for a reservation constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained herein.
